These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 80hi platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on 80hi, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 80hi ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 80hi website located at https://80hi.app and all associated services, games, sportsbook features, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available thereon.
By completing the registration process on 80hi, by depositing funds into your 80hi account, or by placing any wager through the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any feature of the 80hi platform.
80hi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Effective Date: These Terms are effective from January 2026 and supersede all previously published versions of the 80hi Terms & Conditions. Players who registered prior to this date are bound by these updated Terms upon continued use of the platform after the effective date.
1.1 Scope of Agreement
These Terms apply to all aspects of your interaction with 80hi, including but not limited to: account registration and management, deposits and withdrawals, participation in casino games and sports betting, claiming bonuses and promotions, and use of responsible gaming tools. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 80hi Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 Language of Agreement
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity. All official communications between 80hi and registered players are conducted in English.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 80hi platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of their account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. The minimum age to register and play on 80hi is 18 years without exception.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, recreational purposes — not on behalf of a corporate entity or third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 80hi or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from 80hi or had an account permanently closed due to a terms violation.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, and you accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your location.
⚠️ Strict 18+ Enforcement: 80hi operates a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. All players are required to submit valid identity documents — including a National ID card or passport — for age verification before any withdrawal is processed. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. All funds held in such an account will be returned to the originating payment method after verification, minus any winnings generated, which will be forfeited.
2.1 Geographic Eligibility
80hi is operated as an international online gambling platform serving English-speaking players across Bangladesh, including players located in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing 80hi from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or regional law. 80hi makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction.
2.2 Single Account Rule
Each eligible individual may register and maintain exactly one (1) active account on 80hi. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 80hi's sole discretion.
3 Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of 80hi features — including game play, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation — you must complete the account registration process via the 80hi Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and the mobile number associated with your primary Bangladesh mobile money account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information
You are required to provide truthful and accurate information at all stages of registration and at any subsequent point when 80hi requests updated information for verification purposes. Providing false, misleading, or fictitious information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
If any of your registration details change after account creation — including your email address, contact number, or linked payment accounts — you are obligated to update your account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delayed support responses and withdrawal processing.
3.2 Account Security & Password Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 80hi login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 80hi will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 80hi support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 80hi accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
Account Security Tip: 80hi recommends using a unique, strong password for your account that is not shared with any other online service. Enabling two-factor authentication (where available) provides an additional layer of protection for your 80hi account and the funds held within it.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
As part of 80hi's commitment to anti-fraud compliance and responsible gaming, all players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires the submission of:
- A government-issued photo ID — National ID card (NID) or passport;
- Proof of ownership of the mobile money account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered to your 80hi account;
- Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 80hi's compliance team to confirm account ownership or source of funds.
80hi aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of document submission. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification may continue to deposit and play but will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is approved.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 80hi platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 80hi does not apply platform-side currency conversion fees. The amount you deposit via your mobile money account is the amount credited to your 80hi wallet, and the amount you request to withdraw is the amount transferred to your linked payment account.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
80hi currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile money service
- Nagad — operated by Bangladesh Post Office, widely available nationwide
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
- Upay — UCash mobile financial service
80hi reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time. Any changes to available payment methods will be communicated to players via a platform notification at least 7 days in advance where operationally possible.
4.2 Deposit Limits & Processing Times
The minimum deposit amount on 80hi is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum single deposit amount, though individual transaction limits may be imposed by your mobile money provider. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 80hi wallet in real time — typically within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation from the mobile money provider.
In cases where a deposit does not credit to your 80hi account within 15 minutes of your mobile money transaction being confirmed, please contact 80hi support via live chat with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a second deposit for the same amount before the first transaction is resolved.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- KYC verification must be fully approved before any withdrawal is released;
- Withdrawals may only be made to mobile money accounts registered in the player's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
- Any active bonus funds attached to your account must meet their stated wagering requirements before the corresponding real-money balance becomes withdrawable;
- 80hi reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawal requests above a certain threshold as part of its anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedures;
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–6 hours during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). During peak periods, processing times may extend to 24 hours.
No Hidden Fees: 80hi does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own standard transaction fees in accordance with their published rate schedules. 80hi has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party fees levied by payment providers.
5 Bonus & Promotions Policy
80hi offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer — including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for that offer only.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your 80hi account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the relevant bonus offer terms.
5.2 Bonus Abuse & Irregular Play
80hi monitors bonus usage patterns continuously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all active bonuses and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once;
- Placing wagers that deliberately exploit bonus terms — for example, placing low-risk offsetting bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk;
- Coordinating bonus exploitation with other players (collusion);
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to assist in wagering or bonus clearing.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses issued by 80hi carry an expiry date stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice. Wagering requirements that are not met within the bonus validity window will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any winnings that have not yet been withdrawn.
6 Gameplay & Conduct Rules
80hi provides access to a wide range of casino games and sports betting markets supplied by world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 6.1 Fair Play Obligations
All players are required to engage with 80hi's games and sportsbook in good faith and in compliance with the rules of each individual game. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and potential permanent closure of your account:

6.2 Platform Use & Acceptable Conduct
In all interactions with the 80hi platform — including live chat support, any in-game communication features, and correspondence with the support team — players are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour directed toward support staff or other players will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension.
6.3 Technical Failures & Interrupted Games
In the event of a technical failure during a game session — such as a disconnection, server interruption, or game malfunction — 80hi will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs where technically feasible. Where reconstruction is not possible, stakes placed during an interrupted round may be refunded to your account balance at 80hi's discretion. 80hi is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions that are outside its direct operational control, including failures at the level of a third-party game provider's infrastructure.
7 Responsible Gaming
80hi is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity, and the platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling behaviour. These tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings at any time after login.
7.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps. Reductions take immediate effect; increases may be subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure an on-screen notification to appear after a set duration of continuous play, prompting you to review whether you wish to continue.
- Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of wagering features for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled once active.
- Self-Exclusion: Request a formal self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account is fully blocked from wagering and deposits. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the stated period expires.

8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 80hi and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 80hi platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or force majeure events;
- Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to secure their own login credentials;
- Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay);
- Changes to game availability caused by a third-party provider's technical or regulatory decisions;
- Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the platform — gambling involves inherent risk and 80hi does not guarantee winnings.
8.1 Platform Availability
80hi operates its platform on a commercially reasonable basis and targets high availability. However, 80hi does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible. 80hi accepts no liability for losses attributable to periods of planned or unplanned platform downtime.
8.2 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 80hi's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising between you and 80hi in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through 80hi's support channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in 80hi's operating jurisdiction.

8.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
